Larger than life rulestring

Rulestring is given as Rr, Cc, Ss, Bb, Nn where:

r is the radius in units
c is the number of cycles before cell death
s is ranges in the form a-b, c-d, e, ... giving the conditions of survival
b is ranges in the form a-b, c-d, e, ... giving the conditions of birth
n is the type of neighbourhood (eg. square, cicular)

Supported neighbourhood types:

• (M) Moore Neighbourhood: the square neighbourhood
• (N) von Neumann Neighbourhood: all cells within the Manhatten distance specified by the given radius
• (C) Circular: all cells within the actual (circular) radius, measured in cell lengths
